Chad is considered one of the early and leading forces in the Internet arena and has strong capital raising and M&A experience. His ongoing responsibilities include the definition of the company's business strategy, cultivating business development opportunities, and the establishment of strategic industry partnerships.
Mr. Little also founded AdOn Network in November of 1998 and raised
over $7 million in venture capital funding. He successfully led the company through the difficult economic downturn and into
profitability during the recession, when most Internet ventures fell by the wayside. AdOn Network is one of the largest ad
networks online with over 5.5 billion search queries and 155 million unique users per month, providing keyword, behavioral
and contextual targeting and site-specific ROI tracking for advertisers.
Prior to AdOn Network, Mr. Little founded two successful businesses, including Sandbox Entertainment Inc. in 1995. As the
Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Little oversaw all company business and led the charge to develop proprietary software technologies,
which propelled Sandbox Entertainment forward as the early leader in online fantasy sports, games and simulations. Sandbox
Entertainment raised over $30 million in venture capital and strategic partnerships were established with such heavyweights
as CNN/Sports Illustrated, Yahoo! and others, before the company merged with Wall St. Sports in 1999.
Prior to Sandbox Entertainment, Mr. Little founded TRACER Design in 1991, a pioneering interactive advertising agency. As the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Little led day-to-day operations, defined company strategy and built a high tech client base including AT&T, IBM, Motorola, and Intel. TRACER Design was a self-funded start-up and was profitable since inception before it's acquisition in 1995.
Mr. Little is actively involved in the Internet and software development communities. He speaks frequently at leading industry events and has been featured often on established news outlets, including: Forbes, TIME, CNNfn, NBC Nightly News, The Red Herring, The Arizona Republic, AZ Business Magazine, and many others, as well as being a published author with Paramount Publishing.

Seth Rich received his MBA at Purdue University in finance and strategic management. He also received his Bachelors Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in psychology and business. In his former business life, he traded equity options on the Chicago Board of Options Exchange as a Trader. He also spent 10 years at Honeywell Aerospace in varying degrees of the finance world (…boring!). Most recently he owned his own Real Estate Investment Company.
Seth and his family live in Scottsdale, Arizona. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and playing softball. His two mutts (beagle-cairn terrier mixes) are named Barkley & Bailey.
Cassie earned her B.A. in Marketing and Management from Northern Arizona University. She has been on board since the early days of FetchBack and has no plans to ever leave! She works directly with clients and engineers and does the media buying for us. Not to mention, she is also “really super cool,” stated by her, but confirmed by several others.
Before her time here, she worked for an advertising agency in Tempe, AZ as a Client Service Manager. She is fluent in Spanish and has a beloved Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix named Nalu, who is also “really cool,” and is 2 years old.
Reggie survived the heat of the desert to receive his MBA from Arizona State University. He also received his BBA from New Mexico State University, despite being originally from Ohio and a lifelong Ohio State Buckeye football devotee.
Just prior to joining FetchBack, he owned a specialty packing and shipping franchise located in Tempe that he grew to one of the largest revenue producers in the network. In his former business lives, he successfully grew sales and streamlined operations at healthcare organizations including Solucient, GE Medical Systems, MECON and San Francisco Bay Area hospitals. He was also a U.S. Air Force officer and Air Force brat (as a kid, not when he was an officer!).
Reggie and his family live in Mesa, Arizona. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and relaxing at his cabin in the White Mountain region of Arizona. He’s owned mutts, a long-haired dachshund, a miniature schnauzer and is currently in search of a Norfolk Terrier.
