Chad Little, Founder / President / CEO

Chad is considered one of the early and leading forces in the Internet arena and has strong capital raising and M&A experience. His ongoing responsibilities include the definition of the company's business strategy, cultivating business development opportunities, and the establishment of strategic industry partnerships.

Mr. Little also founded AdOn Network in November of 1998 and raised over $7 million in venture capital funding. He successfully led the company through the difficult economic downturn and into profitability during the recession, when most Internet ventures fell by the wayside. AdOn Network is one of the largest ad networks online with over 5.5 billion search queries and 155 million unique users per month, providing keyword, behavioral and contextual targeting and site-specific ROI tracking for advertisers.

Prior to AdOn Network, Mr. Little founded two successful businesses, including Sandbox Entertainment Inc. in 1995. As the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Little oversaw all company business and led the charge to develop proprietary software technologies, which propelled Sandbox Entertainment forward as the early leader in online fantasy sports, games and simulations. Sandbox Entertainment raised over $30 million in venture capital and strategic partnerships were established with such heavyweights as CNN/Sports Illustrated, Yahoo! and others, before the company merged with Wall St. Sports in 1999.

Prior to Sandbox Entertainment, Mr. Little founded TRACER Design in 1991, a pioneering interactive advertising agency. As the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Little led day-to-day operations, defined company strategy and built a high tech client base including AT&T, IBM, Motorola, and Intel. TRACER Design was a self-funded start-up and was profitable since inception before it's acquisition in 1995.

Mr. Little is actively involved in the Internet and software development communities. He speaks frequently at leading industry events and has been featured often on established news outlets, including: Forbes, TIME, CNNfn, NBC Nightly News, The Red Herring, The Arizona Republic, AZ Business Magazine, and many others, as well as being a published author with Paramount Publishing.

Jeremy Stanton, Chief R&D Officer

An experienced and expert software architect, Jeremy received his BS in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky. Before graduation Jeremy started his first company, Channel 7 Software. Channel 7 developed and released the cult hit, Ironseed. With the explosion of the internet in 1996 Jeremy stepped away from game design and began work in web development. His accomplishments since include developing scalable multi-facility inventory and warehouse management systems, building lead generating systems for market research firms and a major credit card company, and implementing ad serving, reporting and management systems for top-tier ad networks. To date Jeremy has developed and managed projects tracking over $100 million in revenue.

As FetchBack's Chief Research and Development Officer, Jeremy oversees all technical aspects of FetchBack, and most importantly the creation and maintenance of our patent-pending technology platform – FIDO. Prior to FetchBack Jeremy was the Owner of his own development firm, Codesquare, based out of Kentucky, where he lives today.

When he's not making the technology wheels of FetchBack turn, Jeremy enjoys running, cycling, gaming, ancient history and learning the origins of words and knowledge.

Patrick Schwind, Chief Revenue Officer

Patrick Schwind is FetchBack's Chief Revenue Officer where he leads the company's sales, account management, graphic design, media buying and project management programs. Mr. Schwind's team is responsible for the sale, implementation, retention and success of FetchBack's clients.

Prior to FetchBack, Mr. Schwind began his successful career in B2B sales for industry leaders Dun & Bradstreet, Thomson Reuters and Careerbuilder. He is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Associacion Escuelas Lincoln in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Mr. Schwind enjoys exploring the outdoors and traveling with his family.

Srinivas Jasthi, Vice President, Engineering

Srinivas Jasthi has over eighteen years' corporate and consulting experience in every aspect of IT, from business alignment and strategy to planning and execution to software development and infrastructure management. Srinivas has extensive experience and background in e-commerce, e-business and technology-enabled product development as well as global experience in establishing, leveraging and managing off-shore software development shops.

He served as VP/Director of Software Engineering at AmazingMail, Vice President of Technology at AIG Travel Guard, Technical Manager at Amazon, Internet Services Manager at Pitney Bowes, Technology Manager at DaimlerChrysler, and Software Development Manager at Qwest Communications. His consulting experience includes engagements at Wal-Mart, JCrew, US Airways and eActivation.

Srinivas is strategic, customer-centric and focused on driving business innovation by critically leveraging technology. He is experienced in executing "IT at the Speed of Business". He is successful at creating technology economies of scale and scope, creating technology first mover advantage, utilizing technology as a value differentiator, and enabling the SAAS (Software As A Service) model.

Srinivas holds an MBA in Marketing, Strategy and Operations from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a BE in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Osmania University, India. He has received several corporate awards for his leadership skills and his consistent delivery of high quality technology solutions. He holds two US patents for technology-enabled product innovations.

Srinivas enjoys hiking, tennis, cricket and water sports.

Doug Shafer, Director, Finance and Operations

An experienced accounting and finance professional, Doug received his B.S. in Accounting from Illinois State University. He began his career at agribusiness giant Archer Daniels Midland Company serving in many roles in the accounting area. Since relocating his family to Arizona in 2000 he has served as Controller for multiple small to medium sized companies in various industries; specializing in high leverage and turnaround environments and redesigning and rebuilding the accounting functions.

Doug and his family reside in Gilbert, AZ. In addition to living vicariously through his three children and coaching them in their many sporting activities, Doug enjoys playing golf, soccer, and softball.
